Senior Experience Designer

2022 – Current

As a Senior User Experience Designer at CommBank, I'm fortunate to lead design on initiatives that accelerate the discovery and delivery of digital experiences enabled by new and emerging technologies.

Using human-centred design practices across business units, I work to identify product and design opportunities, validate them through customer research, and provide strategic design direction to define product vision. From there, it's about ideating, refining, and testing customer experiences — bringing them to life through prototyping, crafting production-ready designs, and supporting delivery teams all the way through to launch.

Senior Experience Designer

2019 – 2022

As a Senior Experience Designer at ANZ, I worked end-to-end on complex projects to deliver engaging and accessible digital experiences for not-for-profit customers across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Applying systems thinking across interconnected peer-to-peer fundraising, auction, ticketing, and payment platforms, I worked across the full product design spectrum — conducting customer research and workshop facilitation to understand customer needs, mapping customer journeys to surface insights and opportunities, and providing strategic design direction to inform the roadmap. From there, it was about prototyping and crafting engaging, accessible, production-ready designs that guided developers, and supporting delivery teams all the way through to launch.

Senior Digital Product Designer

2017 – 2019

As the senior product designer within the NewsPerform team at NewsCorp, I worked across multiple products that combined sports technology and wagering; Punters, Odds, Racenet and SunRacing.

Working closely with product managers, executive stakeholders and developers, leading the design from ideation through to product/feature launch across web, iOS and android.

2014–2017

A digital agency, Admedia worked with clients across multiple sectors. My role was to work creatively and collaboratively with clients to achieve their objectives. Delivering contemporary digital solutions with a focus on user experience and visual design. Additionally I worked across brand and strategy, identity design, print production, typography, advertising, signage, image retouching, photography and art direction.

2013 – 2014

A design studio, Sweet Creative worked across a wide range of projects, focusing on creative direction and brand development, graphic design, art directing, creative writing, digital design and production.

My role was to support senior designers across digital design, web design, brand and strategy, identity design, print production, typography, advertising, signage, image retouching, photography and art direction.
